No Experience? Read This.
If you’ve spent years doing physical work – any physical work – you already have something useful. The ability to show up on time, follow a sequence, and handle a long day without falling apart transfers directly to this industry. We’ve brought in people from landscaping, flooring, moving, military service, and general labor, and turned them into skilled remodeling crew members.
What we teach: how to read a scope of work, how to work with the material partners we use, how to interact with homeowners the way the Threshold Standard requires, and how to hold quality on a job from rough-in to final walkthrough. The first months are structured. You’ll work alongside experienced crew on active jobs. You won’t be handed a tile saw on day one – but you’ll be doing real work from the start, with someone beside you who knows what they’re doing. If you’re coachable and serious, we’ll invest in you.
