Mention the offer when you book. One offer per household per visit; offers can’t be combined with each other and don’t apply to work already quoted or completed. Local pricing and availability vary by location - your local Mason Remodeling team confirms the final price in writing before any work begins.
Every job is priced the same way: a free written estimate
We price the job, not the hour. Before anyone touches anything, you get the full price for the specific work in writing - no hourly meter, no membership to join, no financing to sign, and no line items added afterwards. If the number isn’t right for you, the estimate is still free and you owe us nothing.
How We Price Construction Work
Every job at Mason Remodeling is priced on its own, off a free written estimate, before a single tool comes out of the truck. There are no hourly rates, no subscriptions, nothing to sign up for. You get one number, in writing, for the specific job in front of us.
That matters because construction estimates have a reputation for growing. A verbal number in a driveway is not a price – it’s a starting point for someone else’s business model. When we hand you a written estimate, that is the price. It doesn’t move because the job takes longer than we guessed, and it doesn’t grow because we found something we’d like to add while we were already there. If we find something else that needs attention, we stop, tell you, and re-quote before touching it.
What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out

Nothing. The estimate visit is free.
Here’s what that visit looks like: one of our background-checked, uniformed crew members walks the project with you, asks the questions that matter, and takes enough time to understand what you actually want. Before they leave, you get a written price for the full job. No pressure, no expiration clock on the conversation, no deposit required to hear the number. If you want to think it over, think it over. If you want a second opinion, get one. The estimate is yours to keep either way, and saying no costs you nothing.

When People Usually Call Us
Construction work follows its own calendar, and after doing this since 2004, Isaac Pruett and the Mason Remodeling crews have seen the pattern repeat.
In late winter and early spring, homeowners who’ve been living with a bathroom that needs work or a kitchen that stopped making sense years ago start making calls. The holidays are over, the house feels smaller than it should, and they’re ready to plan. These are the jobs where having a written price early matters most – material costs and trade schedules fill up, and knowing your number lets you make a real decision instead of a guessed one.
Summer brings whole-home projects and the homeowners who’ve just bought a place and want it right before they settle in.
Fall is when people think about what they want finished before the year ends. A bathroom gut, a kitchen reconfiguration, a home that finally fits the family living in it.
There’s no wrong season to call. The estimate is free whenever you do.

AfterWhat You Can Expect From Us Either Way

The offer on this page is real, but the standards below apply to every Mason Remodeling job regardless of when you call or what you’re building.
- Written price before any work starts – not a verbal range, not a ballpark. A written number for the specific job, every time.
- 365-Day Done Right Promise – if the work isn’t right within a year of completion, we make it right at no cost to you. The terms are stated plainly in writing: what’s covered, what’s excluded, and for how long.
- Free second visit if a repair or installation fails – no charge, no dispute, no conditions.
- The Threshold Standard on every visit – every crew member is background-checked and identity-verified. You get their name and photo before they arrive. They show a photo ID badge at the door and show up in a clean, marked uniform.
- A live person answers every call – around the clock, every day including weekends and holidays. No call trees, no voicemail loops.
Mason Remodeling has been part of the Threshold Group family since 2004. The name goes back further than that – a mason is a builder who works in stone, and the trade has meant careful, lasting work for centuries. That’s the standard we hold to.
Common Questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, completely. A Mason Remodeling crew member walks the job with you, asks the right questions, and hands you a written price before they leave. There’s no fee for the visit, no deposit to hear the number, and no obligation to move forward. Call (803) 680-2547 to schedule yours.
Do you offer financing or a monthly payment plan?
We don’t, and that’s a deliberate choice. Every job is priced job-by-job off a free written estimate – that’s the only pricing model we use. We’d rather give you a clear, fixed number up front than add a financing layer that complicates what you’re actually agreeing to pay.
Can I combine two offers?
One offer per household per visit. If you’re not sure which applies to your project, the person who answers when you call can walk you through it – and that will be an actual person, not a recording.
Does the price change once your crew is on site?
No. The written estimate is the price. If we find something unexpected once work is underway, we stop, explain what we found, and give you a written re-quote before we do anything additional. You decide whether to add it. Nothing gets added to your invoice without your written sign-off first.

Call (803) 680-2547 to talk through your project and schedule a free estimate visit – a live person answers every call, every day. Or book online if that’s easier. Either way, you’ll get a written price before any work starts, and a crew you’re glad you let in.
